These Cookies and Cream Rice Krispie Treats come together in minutes—no baking, no stress!

Ingredients

4 oz salted butter (1 stick)
½ tsp pure Vanilla Extract
16 oz marshmallow (set some aside to add later)
8 cups rice cereal
1 cup mini Oreos or regular size chopped (any chocolate sandwich cookie is fine)
½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
¼ cup mini M&Ms (optional)
melted white chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions

Spray an 10” x 10” baking pan (you can also use a 13”x 9” pan) with cooking spray this helps the parchment stick to the pan. Line the pan with parchment paper then spray the parchment paper. (This will later help easily remove the treat).

* In a nonstick skillet, melt the butter.

* Add the vanilla extract and stir.

* Add the marshmallows and stir until melted.

* Spray a large bowl with cooking spray.

* Once marshmallow has melted, add the melted marshmallow mix to the bowl.

* Add the rice cereal and stir until well coated.

* Add the Oreos and additional marshmallow and stir until combined.

* Add the white chocolate chips and stir until well combined.

* Add the mixture to your prepared pan.

* Gently press the mixture to the pan evenly.

* Top with M&Ms and gently press(optional).

* Let it set and completely cool before cutting.
