Our Process
Our gourmet products are made with quality, fresh ingredients. We do not keep an inventory of products, so we open and close shop with enough time to be able to then bake products fresh and quickly ship them, so you receive the product as fresh as possible. Other products we make that have a longer shelf life are made in small batches, and we make more when running low, instead of being made in large quantities. Regardless of the product, our goal is that you receive a fresh, quality product, and to date, we have maintained that.
We announce when we will upload our inventory, the time frame to order, and the date that it will be shipped. It will be available during that time frame or until sold out, whichever comes first.
Return Policy
Bake It Snazzy is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers.
Due to the nature of a food product, all sales are final, and we are unable to issue refunds or accept any returns or exchanges.
Shipping
We only ship within the USA. We currently charge a flat rate of $8.75 regardless of size or order. UPS and USPS increase their prices periodically, especially during the holiday season. Though there have been rate increases lately, and we have paid higher than the flat rate, but have still maintained the current flat rate for our customers thus far. We appreciate your business and want to provide you with the best possible rate as long as we can, until we notice we have no option but to increase it to keep the option to ship our products.
Our products are shipped on the date stated. Tracking will be provided with your order via email.
Local Delivery
Beginning September 2025, we will include local delivery. If you live within these zip codes: 33904, 33909, 33910, 33914, 33915, 33990, 33991, 33993, you will have the option on the checkout page to select local delivery for a flat rate of $5.00. You still have the option to have your products shipped if you prefer. Delivery will be the same day we ship between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, unless otherwise stated. (For example, if we state that we are shipping products on a Monday, we will also make the deliveries that same Monday). Please be sure there is someone home to accept delivery or an area where it can be left. (Note: leaving baked goods/sweets in a warm climate may ruin the product.)

Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy
After registration closes, we start getting everything ready for class, from supplies to ingredients and materials. Each spot reserved helps us plan accurately, so we encourage you to attend once registered and look forward to creating with you!
We understand plans change beyond our control. Following is our cancellation/refund/credit policy.
You may cancel your class up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled date to receive a refund, minus transaction fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will receive a credit toward a future class of your choice.
If you do not attend the class and have not provided notice of cancellation, your registration will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
In the unlikely event that the class is cancelled by the host, you’ll receive a full refund for your registration.
Allergy Warning
Our products and work area are NOT allergy-free and may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, corn, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, and other food allergens.
